Museum Gherdëina

The Gherdeina Local Heritage Museum is situated right in the center of Ortisei and exhibits valuable collections related to the cultural and natural history of the Gardena Valley.

Summer

Mon-Fri, 10 am - 12.30 pm and 2 pm - 6 pm
01.07 - 31.08 Mon-Fri, 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm - 6 pm; Sat 10 am - 12:30 pm
Special holiday hours 15.08 closed; 31.08 End of the sculpture exhibition - open all day 10 am –12:30 pm and 14 pm 18 pm

From 1 September to 6 December 2025, the museum will be temporarily closed for the installation of the new exhibition on the history of the toy manufacturer “Sevi”.
Reopening with new exhibition on 7 December 2025.
